How it works:

Collect information—CollectPay OTP collects customer information from any of the available payment entry modules and validates the account information in real-time.

Process payments—Payments are batched and processed daily, with credit cards authorized in real-time.

Settle—Payments are settled to your bank account(s); remittance information is provided to your accounts receivable system in your specified electronic lockbox format.

Store data—Your data is stored in our secure data center and accessible online via the Client Console—according to access rights that you define—for reporting, reconciliation and payment administration.
