CollectPay Enrollment

A flexible and scalable electronic payment solution that allows you to enhance the services you offer customers while reducing your overall costs and labor. This easy-to-use service lets customers make payments electronically, with several payment methods and scheduling options.

Convenience—Customers can make single, recurring or automatic payments, online or over the phone (through an automated phone system or via a customer service representative). They can pay by credit card, debit card (including ATM debit card/PIN-less debit) or directly from a savings or checking account.

Control—The interface is configurable, allowing you to determine labels, logo, colors and messages. You can search payment information as well as modify and cancel pending payments via an online administrative interface.

Seamless Integration—Rather than making a huge initial investment or enlisting significant in-house IT expertise, you leverage the investment in technology and infrastructure that we’ve already made.

How it works:

Collect Account Information—Online Resources receives account data, parses it then stores it in a secure database.

Authenticate and Access—After secure authentication via Web or IVR, your customer has complete access to enroll, view or hear the billing amounts, and make payments.

Process Payments—Payments are batched and processed daily, with credit cards authorized in real-time.

Settle—Payments are settled to your account(s), and remittance information is provided to your accounts receivable system in your specified lockbox format.

Notify—Customers receive an e-mail notification when billing data is available to view and pay or when a payment is processed.

Store Data—Data in our secure data center is accessible online via the Client Console —according to access rights that you define—for reporting, reconciliation, payment administration and customer profile updating.
