
The Online Resources Consumer Card Account Maintenance Requests module allows
you to take the most common account requests and move them to a self-service
environment – significantly reducing your costs while also providing
real convenience to your cardmembers.
With this module, cardmembers can select a service request category
from a drop-down menu populated with the most common request types. If
a cardmember has a request that is not listed, he can select from the
"Other" category in the drop-down menu, enter his own subject
line, and make his request.
The Online Resources Consumer Card Account Maintenance Requests module is designed
to work with the Online Resources Consumer Card Inquiry Manager to process the
cardmember requests. There are also numerous other ways to handle requests,
ranging from paper processes to automated, real-time fulfillment against
your systems of record, depending on the method that best suits your business
processes.
