Online Resources Business Card Content Manager

The Online Resources Business Card Content Manager provides an easy-to-use tool that allows you to update the look-and-feel of your site, including multiple brands / products that you manage directly - or any site that you manage on behalf of a partner. This puts you in full control from simple style updates to full re-branding campaigns.

Only employees who are registered users with a valid user name and password can access the Content Manager. Users can view various brands by navigating through a hierarchical menu or they can go directly to a brand by entering a pre-established brand ID number or brand nickname or entering the date the brand was created. These users can also create and delete brands on their own. For any brand created they can include the relevant business rules for the brand and default values for the variables within the brand's template. Editing capabilities include making real-time changes to variables within the brand template. The changes can then be reviewed in a window in the Content Manager and on the web site of the affected brand. The brand's variables include all colors, text, images and titles that are part of the brand template that you predefined at the time the site was configured. Multiple images can also be uploaded to the Online Resources Business Card server for inclusion as a predefined image.

The Online Resources Business Card Call Center Workstation is a tool that allows any of your authenticated customer-facing employees to effectively manage secure, electronic communications with customers. With this component, your employees can easily reply to online account maintenance requests or inquiries that come in via a Contact Us screen. Response templates - that you create - make answering inquiries even more efficient. It also handles a range of functions that are critical to supporting your customers in their use of the site. Your Contact Agents can view the customer's full Online Profile, use Session Emulation to help a customer in his use of the site, as well as unlock customers and reset passwords.

The Call Center Workstation also provides administrative tools that let managers review all outstanding cases by inquiry type, priority, date, status of resolution and the inquiry "owner". Cases can be reassigned or escalated as needed. The Online Resources Business Card Call Center Workstation consists of four modules that are the core of the application:

Online Resources Business Card Alerts
With proactive email alerts, you can keep your customers up-to-date on information that is critical to them. Customers can select from a full range of account, transaction and payments alerts, and even set up their own personal alerts. An easy-to-use set-up page allows customers to select the alerts they want, enter their email address, and choose text or HTML format for delivery. When customers return to the main alerts page, the date and time that the last alert was sent is displayed for each of the alerts set.

Online Resources provides a full range of functionality that helps you control access to the site and the preferences your customers have in their use of the site. Our Enrollment, Authentication and Customer Lock-Out features have parameters that can be tailored to meet your specific security policies and procedures. Both Online Profile Maintenance and Online Preferences permit the customer to tailor their experience with your web channel. In addition, we can provide your Terms & Conditions online for customer acceptance.

Online Resources' goal is to provide our clients with sites that will encourage enrollment and repeated use of their sites. To accomplish this, we provide not only a robust range of features and functionality, but expert navigation and online assistance to your customers - including a Site Map, Help, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), Glossary, Policies, and a Contact Us section that permits the customer to send a secure inquiry to your customer service organization for any site or account questions that cannot be resolved by the customers themselves.

Online Resources Business Card provides a full suite of daily and monthly reports to help you track the activities of your customers in their use of the self-service site. You can retrieve reports on a daily and monthly basis, and analyze the data by comparing those activity statistics across time periods. You can even download data in common formats and import the information into your own reporting tool. Only employees who have access rights can view the analytics provided by your site via the Activity Reporting Dashboard.
